Meditation for Day 4

Found at last by her father, Dymphna refused to abandon her consecration to God, even under threat. In a mind beset by pressure and fear, she held fast to what she knew was right.

For everyone whose mind is pressed by fear, ask Saint Dymphna for steadfastness and the quiet strength that comes from God.
