Emile Lafranz roughly thirty years ago, the Center of Jesus the Lord at Our Lady of Good Counsel is New Orleans' home for Catholic Charismatic Renewal, operating under the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Sunday Mass at 10:30 AM is preceded by communal praise and worship and followed by healing prayer and fellowship, while weekday Masses are held in the rectory chapel on Louisiana Avenue.
