Contact Catholic Church Times

We're a small, independent project run by faithful Catholics. We read every message and respond as quickly as we can. The fastest way to reach us is by email: support@catholicchurchtimes.com. Most replies go out within two business days.

Reporting an error or outdated schedule

Catholic Church Times pulls Mass and confession schedules from parish websites and diocesan listings, then cross-references public sources. Schedules change — especially around holy days, Lent, summer, and when a pastor is reassigned. If you notice incorrect information on a parish page, please tell us. Include the parish name, city, and what specifically is wrong (for example: "Sunday 10:30am Mass listed but the parish moved it to 11:00am as of January"). Corrections from current parishioners are the highest-quality signal we receive, and we prioritize them. If you have a screenshot of the parish bulletin or website showing the correct schedule, attach it — it makes verification fast.

Adding a parish that's not listed

Our directory includes more than 250,000 Catholic parishes worldwide, drawn from OpenStreetMap, diocesan directories, and parish websites. If your parish is missing — common for newer parishes, mission stations, ethnic chaplaincies, or Eastern Catholic churches — we'd be grateful for the addition. The fastest way is to use the submission form, but you can also email us with the parish name, full address, phone, website, and rite (Roman, Byzantine, Maronite, Melkite, Ukrainian, Syro-Malabar, etc.).

We welcome parishes of every Catholic rite in full communion with Rome. We do not list schismatic or sedevacantist groups regardless of how they self-identify.

Partnership and diocesan inquiries

We're glad to work with dioceses, parishes, religious orders, Catholic publishers, and ministries serving the Church. Common partnerships include diocesan data sync (if your diocese maintains a central directory of parish schedules, we can ingest updates automatically), parish bulletin distribution to reach pilgrims and travelers searching for Mass times near your church, links to sacramental preparation programs (OCIA/RCIA, baptism prep, Pre-Cana, funeral resources), and content collaboration on guides about the sacraments, liturgical calendar, prayer, and Catholic life. Email support@catholicchurchtimes.com with "Partnership" in the subject line.

Privacy, takedown, and legal requests

If you are a parish administrator and would like your parish removed from our directory, we will honor that request promptly. Email us with the parish name and your role. For privacy-related requests under GDPR, CCPA, or CPRA (data access, correction, deletion), please see our Privacy Policy for the formal process. Most requests are completed within 30 days as required by law. For copyright, DMCA, or other legal notices, include the specific URL and a description of the issue.

A note on response time

Catholic Church Times is built by a small team. We're not a venture-funded company with a 24/7 support desk; we're Catholics who built this because we needed it and figured other people did too. We will read your message and reply, but it may take a couple of business days. If your question is urgent and time-sensitive (for example, a parish has incorrect Mass times listed during Holy Week), put URGENT in the subject and we'll bump it. We do not have phone support — email is the only way to reach us.

About this site

Catholic Church Times is an independent project and is not officially affiliated with any bishops' conference, diocese, religious order, or parish. We do not speak for the Catholic Church. We aim to be accurate, charitable, and faithful in everything we publish, but final authority on Catholic teaching always rests with the Magisterium — the Pope and the bishops in communion with him. For doctrinal questions, please consult your parish priest or your diocesan website. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

We respond to every message. Thank you for helping make this directory better.
