A multi-church parish rooted in 1841 German immigrant communities of northwest Wisconsin, part of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee's Our Lady of the Holyland cluster. Capuchin Franciscan friars have served the community since 1857, and the parish has been designated an official Jubilee pilgrimage site for St. Francis of Assisi for 2026–2027. Sunday Mass is at 9:00 AM, with a weekday morning Mass on Mondays.
