Nativity of Our Lady serves the Catholic community of New Iberia and surrounding Acadiana neighborhoods within the Diocese of Lafayette, offering weekday Mass as early as 7 a.m., a Saturday vigil, and two Sunday morning Masses. The parish supports active youth ministry, OCIA faith formation, and multiple sacramental preparation programs under the patronage of Mary's Nativity.
