About Our Lady of Lourdes

Founded in 1877 by French Canadian settlers, Our Lady of Lourdes is the oldest continuously used church building in Minneapolis and the first parish in the United States named in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes. Its country-Gothic and French Provincial architecture — including a Marian-blue ceiling restored in 2017 — is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The parish in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis offers daily noon Masses Tuesday through Friday, a Saturday vigil, and two Sunday Masses, with the 10:30 AM livestreamed.
