Established in 1874, St. Joseph Catholic Church has served Athens, Georgia's Catholic community for some 150 years, including the families and students of this University of Georgia college town. Part of the Archdiocese of Atlanta, the bilingual parish offers daily Mass and both English and Spanish liturgies, runs a long-standing parish school, and is raising funds to build a new church.
