Prayers for Faith
The father in Mark 9 prayed 'I do believe, Lord: help my unbelief' — and was answered. Doubt inside prayer is still faith; the Creed and the Act of Faith are how the Church lends you words while yours are shaky.
Traditional prayers
Act of Faith
that thou art one God in three divine Persons,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
I believe that thy divine Son became man
and died for our sins,
and that he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe these and all the truths
which the holy Catholic Church teaches,
because thou hast revealed them,
who canst neither deceive nor be deceived. Amen.
Apostles' Creed
the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting. Amen.

How to use these prayers
Faith grows by practice more than by argument: one Mass attended in doubt is worth more than a week of internal debate. Find a Mass near you on this site.
