Carmel of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Convent

The Carmel of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is a monastery of Discalced Carmelite nuns in the Holladay neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah, living the contemplative tradition of St. Teresa of Jesus and St. John of the Cross. The public Carmelite Chapel offers daily Mass every morning at 7:30 AM, seven days a week, within the Diocese of Salt Lake City. The community also welcomes the faithful through spiritual associations, including the Association of the Little Flower, and offers handcrafted altar breads and other goods.
