St. John Deaf Center Chapel in Eastpointe, Michigan, is a specialized ministry of the Archdiocese of Detroit serving the Deaf and hard-of-hearing Catholic community. Sunday Mass is celebrated in American Sign Language at St. Valentine School Chapel at 10 AM, and a second Sunday Mass at Holy Innocents Church at noon is voice-interpreted for hearing attendees. A weekday Mass on Wednesday rounds out the weekly schedule, making this one of the few dedicated Deaf apostolates in southeast Michigan.
