Founded in 1972 and entrusted to the Paulist Fathers since 2009, St. Paul the Apostle sits atop Thanksgiving Mountain in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, with glass walls behind the main altar framing a panoramic view of Lake LBJ and the Texas Hill Country. Original artwork by Sister Mary Peter Tremonte of San Antonio and a life-size bronze of St. Paul grace the complex, while the parish — part of the Diocese of Austin — serves its growing community through daily Mass, an Armed Forces Honor Garden, and active outreach through St. Vincent de Paul.
