By the early 1960s the growing Catholic population prompted a move into Leoti, and the current church was built and dedicated in 1965–66. Part of a tri-parish family with St. Joseph in Tribune and St. Mary in Marienthal, the parish offers weekday Masses on Wednesday and Thursday and a Saturday vigil, all within the Diocese of Dodge City.
