The Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory stands at the heart of the Diocese of Victoria, Texas — a cathedral since Pope John Paul II established the diocese in 1982. Built in 1957–1958 on land donated by the O'Connor family and dedicated to the memory of Junie Broussard O'Connor, the brick church was lovingly restored after sustaining damage during Hurricane Harvey, with interior renovations completed in 2019. Under Bishop Brendan J. Cahill, the cathedral offers an exceptional Mass schedule including 6 AM weekday Masses and four Sunday celebrations.
