Holy Transfiguration Monastery

Holy Transfiguration Monastery is a Byzantine Eastern Catholic monastery nestled in the hills of Redwood Valley, California, part of the Eparchy of Saint Nicholas of Chicago. The contemplative community, known as the Monks of Mt. Tabor, celebrates Divine Liturgy on Sundays at 10 a.m. with Matins preceding at 6:45 a.m., and holds weekday liturgies on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
