St. Bernard Church (St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish) is a Roman Rite parish located in Sharon, CT, within the Archdiocese of Hartford. St. Kateri Tekakwitha, canonized in 2012, was the first Native American Catholic saint. She lived in the 17th century in what is now New York and Canada, and is recognized as the patroness of the environment and Native Americans.
