The Church of St. Leo the Great in Lincroft, New Jersey, was established in June 1958 to serve the young Catholic families who flooded Monmouth County after the Garden State Parkway linked city to suburb — with the Diocese of Trenton purchasing 20.5 acres of former chicken farms to build the campus. Today the parish offers four Sunday Masses starting at 7 am, a Saturday morning Mass, and a Saturday evening vigil, all within the Diocese of Trenton.
