Founded in 1831 by Venerable Father Samuel Mazzuchelli, St. John the Evangelist holds the distinction of being the oldest continuous Catholic congregation in Wisconsin. Located in downtown Green Bay within the Diocese of Green Bay, this bilingual, bicultural parish uniquely serves both Deaf and hearing members, offering an ASL-interpreted Sunday Mass and livestreamed Deaf Masses, alongside a weekday Mass schedule and a ministry supporting the local homeless shelter.
