Divine Word Catholic Church in Kirtland, Ohio, was founded on July 1, 1977, by Bishop James A. Hickey and has grown from roughly 300 founding families to a community of more than 1,200 families today. Led by Pastor Fr. Dave Woost, the parish within the Diocese of Cleveland offers daily 8:30 a.m. Mass, a Saturday vigil, and two Sunday Masses, alongside active outreach through food pantry services, the Bishop Cosgrove Meal Program, and weekly Eucharistic Adoration as it approaches its 2027 Golden Jubilee.
