Our Mother of Mercy and St. Joseph Monastery

Our Mother of Mercy and St Joseph Monastery is a Roman Rite parish located in Alexandria, South Dakota, within the Diocese of Sioux Falls. The parish is named in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of Jesus, and Saint Joseph, her husband and the foster father of Jesus. Both lived in the 1st century AD. Saint Joseph is recognized as the patron saint of workers and the Universal Church. The parish offers two weekly Masses, including one on Sunday. Confession is available at one scheduled time, and adoration is also offered once per week. All Masses are celebrated in Latin.
