About Little Sisters of the Lamb
Founded in 2008 at the invitation of Archbishop Joseph Naumann as the first U.S. house of the Little Sisters of the Lamb, the Lumen Christi monastery brings contemplative mendicant life to Kansas City's inner city within the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. Together with the Little Brothers of the Lamb one block away, the "Village of the Lamb" offers daily Mass, Eucharistic adoration, a Friday evening Spanish-language Mass, neighborhood Rosary processions, and a monthly Open Table meal for those in need.
