Our Lady of the Valley serves the rural community of Fall River Mills in far northeastern California as a mission site of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Burney, under the Diocese of Sacramento. Parochial Administrator Rev. Fernando Meza offers Spanish-language Sunday and Friday evening Masses here, alongside a Saturday vigil, meeting the needs of a predominantly Spanish-speaking congregation in the remote Intermountain region.
