About St. Patrick

Founded on August 6, 1821, St. Patrick in Fayetteville is the oldest Catholic parish in North Carolina — the first in the state and the first consecrated Catholic church in NC (1829). Today the parish reflects Fayetteville's diverse military community by celebrating Sunday Mass in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and French, and hosting a monthly Eastern Syriac Rite liturgy for its Chaldean faithful, alongside outreach through the CARE Clinic and Quinceañera ministry.
