The mother church of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee for more than 150 years, the Cathedral of Saint John the Evangelist anchors downtown Milwaukee with a Saturday vigil and Sunday Masses in English and Spanish. Known for its pipe organs, cathedral choirs, and Wednesday concert series, it also runs outreach such as the Open Door Cafe, prison ministry, and the La Sagrada Familia community.
