Founded in 1951 as a mission of St. Mary's in Fullerton, St. Angela Merici in Brea became its own parish in 1962 and opened its school two years later. The Diocese of Orange community offers five Sunday Masses including a Spanish-language celebration, daily morning and evening Masses throughout the week, and runs Active Christians Today (A.C.T.) — a parish ministry providing food and utility assistance to neighbors in need.
