Founded on June 1, 1941 to serve Lithuanian refugees on the West Coast, St. Casimir has been a sanctuary of faith and culture in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for over 80 years. The current church was dedicated on November 4, 1951, and continues to celebrate an 11:00 a.m. Lithuanian-language Mass alongside a 9:00 a.m. English Mass, preserving language and tradition for generations of Lithuanian-Americans in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
