Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church

Our Lady of Guadalupe in Salt Lake City, Utah, has deep roots as a Spanish-speaking mission that took shape in the late 1920s and was formally raised to a parish in 1944. In 1966 the community founded The Guadalupe Center on the city's west side, which grew into one of Utah's most prominent Hispanic educational and social service organizations. Today the parish in the Diocese of Salt Lake City offers a predominantly Spanish-language schedule — two Spanish Sunday Masses, an English Sunday Mass, a Saturday vigil, and Spanish evening Masses on Wednesday and Friday — reflecting its enduring role as a spiritual home for Salt Lake City's Hispanic Catholic community.
