St. James Parish is a Roman Rite Catholic parish located in Groton, Massachusetts, within the Archdiocese of Boston. The parish is named after Saint James the Greater, one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. He was the brother of Saint John the Apostle and was martyred in Jerusalem around 44 AD. Saint James is recognized as the patron saint of pilgrims and Spain. The parish offers two Masses weekly, with one Mass celebrated on Sundays.
