St Monica's War Memorial Cathedral

St Monica's War Memorial Cathedral is a Roman Rite parish located in Cairns, Queensland, Australia, belonging to the Diocese of Cairns. Saint Monica (c. 331/332 – 387 AD) was an early Christian saint. She is recognized for her persistent prayers for the conversion of her son, Saint Augustine of Hippo, and is venerated as the patron saint of mothers and difficult marriages.
