About Christ the King

Christ the King in High Point, North Carolina, was founded in 1940 to serve the area's African-American Catholics and has grown into one of the most multicultural parishes in the Diocese of Charlotte, with Sunday Masses celebrated in English, Vietnamese, Korean, and Spanish. The community also gathers for a Saturday vigil and weekday morning Mass, and supports ministries including faith formation, a youth group, and the Knights of Columbus.
