About St. Odilo Parish-National Shrine of the Poor Souls

Founded in 1928 in Berwyn, St. Odilo is the National Shrine of the Poor Souls and the only U.S. parish dedicated to the Holy Souls in Purgatory, a devotion honored each Wednesday with a Poor Souls Mass. This Archdiocese of Chicago community worships in English, Spanish, and a Sunday Latin Tridentine liturgy under pastor Fr. Bart Juncer.
