About St. Lawrence Martyr

Founded in 1821 as St. Mary's, St. Lawrence Martyr is the mother church of the Diocese of Fall River and one of the oldest Catholic parishes in Massachusetts. Its granite church was designed by Patrick Keely, architect of New York's St. Patrick's Cathedral.
