About St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish

Saint Kateri Tekawitha Catholic Church is a Roman Rite parish located in Roland, Oklahoma, within the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. Saint Kateri Tekakwitha (1656–1680) was a Mohawk woman born in what is now New York State. She was the first Native American to be canonized by the Catholic Church and is known as the "Lily of the Mohawks." She is a patroness of ecology and Native Americans.
